John J. Lewis
For the past 17 years, John J. Lewis has maintained a reputable and extensive portfolio status in law enforcement. He has duteously served in a range of leadership law enforcement roles, including Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and Deputy Inspector. Specializing in the detailed execution and strategic management of segmented security operations assessments, and innovative solution implementation, he has positioned himself as an honorable and dignitary figure. Lewis has successfully revolutionized the collaborative framework between community property owners and security personnel, in order to better optimize on firearm seizures and violent crime reduction. Through the course of his professional career as Sergeant, he has propitiously managed the staff members of his Precinct and significantly developed the skill set of his staff members to encompass the strategic resilience and meticulous qualifications required to appropriately respond to crime activity shifts. During his tenure as Lieutenant he directly supervised over 50,000 arraignments at the Brooklyn Court Section. In addition he also collaborated with governmental agencies, elected officials, clergy members and community leaders to identify and rectify crime and quality of life problems experienced by members of the community. He also spear headed new innovative tactical enforcement strategies in order to minimize number of shootings in local nightclubs. With a luminary presence with his community, he has auspiciously reinforced compliance statues and accelerated the implementation of unit performance, tactical enforcement and community communication strategies. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Security Operations, LLC.
David Gaynor once an Eagle Scout in the Boy scouts of America is now a retired Lieutenant with experience spanning over twenty years within the New York City Police Department. Seventeen of his years of service were spent as a police supervisor. His experience has provided him with a well rounded career with supervisory skills in both the investigative and patrol areas. Lt. Gaynor has served as Commander of the Manhattan North Rape Task Force, Commander of the Manhattan North Tracer Unit, and Commanding Officer of the Mounted Unit’s School of Horsemanship. In 2008 he was given the American Riding Instructor Association’s national award for Instructor of the Year – Mounted Patrol. Lt. Gaynor’s security experience includes two years as the Director of Operations for one of the largest security companies in NYC, as well as providing executive protection for numerous celebrities and high profile individuals across the metropolitan region. He holds a B.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, is a certified and licensed private investigator, and is now Co-President of Global Security Operations LLC.
